At EPIC, we believe big ideas — like treating child care as essential community and workforce infrastructure — drive meaningful, lasting impact. As we reflect on the past year, we recognize the leaders and partners who have turned that belief into action.

In 2025, our membership of more than 70 business leaders continued to grow, advancing solutions that support working families and strengthen economies across Colorado and beyond. EPIC expanded its national footprint, launching work in seven new states and deepening our influence in shaping policy and practice.

We also honored the legacy of visionary leaders, including Barbara Grogan and the late Daniel Ritchie, and recognized organizations like Bright Futures and Rural Homes Colorado for their innovation, leadership and commitment to working families.

Our first-ever Impact Report highlights the progress we’ve made together — and the opportunities ahead to continue building a stronger, more resilient future for families, businesses and communities.
